Back On Stage App Affiliate Influencer Program Policy
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Back On Stage App Affiliate Influencer Program. This program allows you, the Affiliate, to earn commissions by referring customers to subscribe to our software through your unique affiliate links.
2. Acceptance and Participation
To participate, you must agree to the terms outlined in this policy. By sharing your affiliate link, you indicate your acceptance of this policy and any associated terms and conditions.
3. Commission Structure
• Monthly Plans: Affiliates will receive a 30% commission for the first 12 months following a referral's subscription activation, followed by a 10% recurring commission thereafter.
• Annual Plans: Affiliates will receive a 30% commission for the first month following a referral's subscription activation, followed by a 10% recurring commission thereafter.
Commissions are only paid on software subscription sales and not on any other service offered by Back On Stage, now or in the future.
4. Link Tracking and Attribution
Special tracking links will be provided to each Affiliate. It is the Affiliate's responsibility to ensure these links are used to accurately track referrals.
5. Payment
Commissions are paid out monthly. Affiliates must have a valid payment method on file and are responsible for any associated transaction fees.
6. Activity Requirements
Affiliates are expected to begin sharing their affiliate link immediately upon enrollment. Click activity should be observed within the first 30 days. Affiliates have 6 months to refer their first customer to remain active in the program. Inactivity or failure to meet these requirements may result in account review and possible termination.
7. Marketing and Promotion
Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices. Any use of misleading or dishonest tactics is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the program.
8. Compliance with Laws
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, privacy laws and the Federal Trade Commission guidelines for endorsements.
9. Termination
Back On Stage App reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the program at any time, with or without cause, upon notice to the Affiliate.
10. Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Affiliate Policy at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.
