Lifetime Bug Fixes
If it breaks because of a bug or a platform change on our end, we fix it. For the life of the feature. No extra invoice, no expiry date.

Book a call to discuss viability and your idea
We get on a call, talk through what you actually need, and make sure it's something we can build well before anyone commits to anything.
In-depth design call
Once we know it's viable, we get into the details: how it should work, who uses it, and what "done" looks like for your business.
We prepare your Statement of Work (SOW)
We write up exactly what we're building, what it costs, and when you'll have it. No vague scope, no guessing games.
You review the SOW and pay
Read it over, ask whatever questions you need to. Once you're good, it's 100% upfront by credit card, e-transfer, or wire to lock it in.
Your feature is delivered
Our team builds it and ships it straight into your account, built the same way we build everything at BOS: to actually hold up.
Review call
We walk through it together, confirm it does what you asked for, and make sure your team knows how to use it.
Bug fixes (ongoing, included for the life of the feature)
If something breaks because of a bug or a platform change, we fix it. For as long as the feature exists. That's just part of the deal.
What Qualifies For A Custom Build
This isn't a wishlist and it isn't free. It's a paid, professional engagement for a feature that's actually worth building.
- $3,000 CAD minimum engagement. Firm floor, no exceptions. It's not for small tweaks, it's for real features that move your business forward.
- Every idea gets checked for technical feasibility before we ever write a Statement of Work, so you're never paying for something we can't actually build.
- If your idea doesn't hit the minimum or doesn't fit the platform, we'll tell you straight, and point you toward what might work instead.
