"Refer A Bandleader" Terms and Conditions

General:

  1. Back On Stage Software Inc. Refer a Bandleader Offer (the “Offer”) is available ongoing throughout the year, with no expiry date.
  2. “Bandleader” refers to known friends or aquaintences with whom you have a close personal or professional relationship which includes direct, voluntary, two-way communications and who has confirmed that they want to receive the communication. Each time you make a referral, you represent and warrant to us that you have a close personal or professional relationship (as defined above) with the individual that you refer that complies with these terms.

Eligibility:

  1. The Offer is available to all Back On Stage Software Software Inc. Clients and New Clients who meet the following conditions :
    1. “Referrer”: An existing Back On Stage Software Software Inc. Client who refers a Bandleader using his/her Refer a Bandleader Blue Key® (a “Blue Key” is a unique Refer a Bandleader number assigned to each Back On Stage Software Software Inc. Client).
    2. “Referral”: A New Client who has been referred by the Referrer using a Referrer’s Refer a Bandleader Blue Key.
    3. A “New Client” is a person that has never had a Back On Stage Software Software Inc. Account.

Referral Bonus Conditions:

  1. A $15USD Amazon Gift Card Referral Bonus (the “Referral Bonus”) will be paid to each the Referrer and the Referral provided all conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions are met.
  2. For both the Referrer and Referral to earn the Referral Bonus, the Referral must complete the following actions (“All Actions”):
    1. enroll using a valid Refer a Bandleader Blue Key provided by the Referrer,
    2. successfully open their first Back On Stage Software Software Inc. Account,
    3. subscribe to any one of our Leader 'Unlimited' paid plans, and
    4. within the first 90 days of enrolment, complete one or more bill payments where the total of all bill payments exceeds $20USD.
  3. Both Referrer and Referral Bonuses will be sent via email to the email addresses associated with each client's Back On Stage account within 30 days of the Referral successfully completing All Actions.

Limited Time Promotions:

  1. During limited time Refer a Bandleader promotional offer periods, Referrers and Referrals may be eligible to earn larger Referral Bonuses. Such limited time offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions set out in the promotional offer terms. 

Limitations:

  1. Once the Blue Key has been submitted, it can’t be reversed. Each Referral may only use a Blue Key to enroll once, regardless if the Referral received or had access to multiple Blue Keys from different Referrers.
  2. Limit of one (1) Referral Bonus will be awarded to a Referrer per Referral.
  3. Referrals can’t combine the Offer with any other Back On Stage Software Software Inc. Open Bonus enrolment offers except as otherwise permitted and set out in a particular promotional offer.
  4. The Offer and Blue Keys can only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Blue Keys may not be transferred or sold or mass distributed.
  5. Back On Stage Software Inc. reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. In the event of conflict, these Terms and Conditions will prevail over any of the contents of any brochure, promotional materials or statements, or any other communication regarding this Offer, whether written or oral from Back On Stage Software Inc., except where otherwise stated.
  6. Back On Stage Software Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to, without advance notice, terminate or suspend the Offer, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way.
  7. Back On Stage Software Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, disqualify, limit or revoke this Offer for any Account holder it finds or believes to be manipulating or otherwise abusing the process, fairness, or integrity of the Offer or otherwise becomes ineligible. Referral Bonuses earned through fraudulent activities or activities in violation of these Terms and Conditions will be null and void.
  8. By accepting this Offer, you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. Any notice offered by us with respect to this Offer is deemed to be provided on the day it is posted on our website.
