Back On Stage SMS Notifications
Program Description
Back On Stage ("BOS", "we", "us") is a band and event-management platform used by bandleaders to run their music businesses. This SMS program allows a bandleader (a BOS customer, referred to here as the "Sender") to send text message notifications to the musicians and crew on their roster ("Recipients") who have opted in through the BOS platform. Message types include, but are not limited to:
- Gig offers and booking requests
- Booking confirmations
- Day-of schedule changes and reminders (call times, load-in, venue changes)
These are operational, transactional messages tied to a Recipient's own bookings with their Sender. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Opt-In
A Recipient opts in to this program by verifying their mobile phone number in their Back On Stage member profile after being added to a bandleader's roster. By verifying their number, the Recipient consents to receive operational SMS messages related to their bookings from that specific bandleader through the BOS platform.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your bandleader's booking activity, you may receive multiple messages in a week during active booking periods, or none during slower periods.
Opt-Out and Help
Reply STOP at any time to a message to opt out of receiving further SMS notifications from that Sender. You will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly using the support information below.
