  • How do I send an invoice to a client?

    To send an invoice to a client, first you need to create a booking that the invoice will be connected to. Inside the "Booking Creator" add your event details and hit save. From there, just click on the "Client Invoice" button to generate your invoice. You can make any necessary edits to your invoice, then save it. Return to your booking page and compose a new email to your client. When you hit send, the email will contain a link to the client portal where your client can go to view or pay the invoice you just created.

  • We offer a PayPal integration which links directly to your business PayPal account for quick and easy payment collection. If you'd like to move money outside of Back On Stage, you can record those transactions using our built-in payment method options for Cash, Check or eTransfer, or you can create your own custom methods.   • If you choose to use our PayPal integration to collect client payments, PayPal will charge a small percentage (usually 2.9-3.0%) of the transaction plus a small fee (usually around $0.30). If you choose not to use PayPal, there are no fees associated with client payments. Learn more about payment processing fees and best practices in our help center.

  • Currently, our app and support are available in English only, however we support 25 currencies. If your currency is on this list, then your company can use Back On Stage:
