Which pack do I need?

A rough guide, assuming an offer, a confirmation and one change or reminder per staffed role:

  • 250 messages — under about 80 gig offers a month
  • 1,000 messages — roughly 80 to 330 gig offers a month
  • 2,000 messages — roughly 330 to 660 gig offers a month

Sending more than that? Get in touch and we will quote you properly rather than stacking packs.

Before you buy

SMS has to be switched on for your company account before messages can send. Buy a pack and we will enable it for you, usually the same day. Musicians confirm their number once and can reply STOP at any time.

Do I need a Back On Stage subscription for this?
Yes. This is built inside your own Back On Stage account, so the system is yours to keep and run. If you are not on a plan yet, start the free trial first and we will pick it up from there.
How soon does this start?
A confirmation email with next steps lands as soon as you check out, and scheduling or delivery is normally underway within a few business days.
What if this is not the right fit for my band?
Tell us before you buy and we will point you at the right thing, even if that is something cheaper or nothing at all. Get in touch and describe your situation. Our refund policy covers you after the fact.
