The Booking Creator
This test drive walks your through the process of creating a new booking from scratch inside Back On Stage using a tool we call the "Booking Creator". It is a step-by-step workflow that allows administrators to quickly and easily capture all the data points pertaining to a particular booking.
During this demo, you will setup the basic details of an example booking and then add a service to that booking. We define services as offerings that you provide to your client base in exchange for money. These can be band performances, sound system rentals, transportation costs etc.
So we are going to add three services to this booking:
- Guitar Soloist
- 5-Piece Dinner Band
- 9-Piece Dance Band
Essentially, we are providing all the necessary entertainment for a fairly typical wedding or corporate function.
The first two services are already inside the system, so they'll be easy to add since Back On Stage already has all the info.
The last service, 9-Piece Dance Band, we will create from scratch so you can see how easy it is.
